Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson (born April 14 70 years ago) is an American singer, actress, writer and director. Her most well-known work is her role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Tara Maclay. She also was the director, producer and star on her own movies Chance as well as Lovers Liars & Lunatics. She also appeared in the movie Kiss the Bride. Benson is the daughter born on January 8, 1977 to Edward and Diane Benson. Danielle Benson is her younger artist sister. Benson, whose father is Jewish and her mother a Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. After Buffy was cancelled, Benson was in films like The Killing Jar and on shows such as Morganville The Series. In the background, she put her writing skills into The Ghosts of Albion series and produced projects such as the 2010's Drones. Buffy estimates that at least 1800 Slayers exist across the globe with 500 who are part of the Scooby Gang. Potentials now awaken as Slayers as they mature to a suitable level such as Slayer Soledad. Slayer Soledad was born on her 16th birthday. Ruth Connell has been cast as Rowena in Season 10 Supernatural. Apparantly she is a mysterious old-school witch.
